Features:
- Power saving of 20-25% based on direct drive & anti friction roller bearings.
- JRD Mixing Mills are fitted with 3-stage helical reduction gear box from Radicon. Its connects drive motor to the rear roll coupled with anti friction roller bearings instead of bush bearings result in a substantial reduction in power consumption
- Uniform thickness of rubber sheets through nip adjustment based on worm gear.
- Operator safety through standard features of Emergency Stop Cradle, Electro Hydraulic Brake and Roll Reversing.
- No water leakage during roll cooling. Rotary joints used are with mechanical sealing system.
- Optimums space utilization with our compact machine size.
